Senior Project Manager-FDA

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of FDA projects under REI Systems’ contract
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Serve as the primary interface with FDA stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, federal guidelines, and REI Systems’ project management standards
Prepare and deliver high-quality status reports, briefings, and documentation
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional REI teams to deliver quality outcomes
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to program strategy

Required

Extensive experience managing projects in regulated industries (FDA, healthcare, life sciences, or federal agencies)
7-10 years of Project Management experience
Experience working with federal government contracts and programs
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential strongly preferred
