Responsibilities

Gather product requirements and lead the design process from ideation to polished user experiences
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, and product managers to create high-quality prototypes and contribute code to raise product fit and finish
Evolve the internal design system, ensuring a high level of craft and consistency
Do quantitative and qualitative user research to inform product and design decisions
Mentor and support cross-functional stakeholders to foster product quality
Work on products that are used by thousands of customers and users on a daily basis

Qualification

UX designFront-end developmentFigmaUser researchCollaborationCommunication skills

Required

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally designing for complex, technical SAAS products such as developer tools
An intermediate level of front-end development knowledge. This is for building prototypes and contributing code for fit and finish
Experience using Figma or AI design tools
Experience doing quantitative and qualitative user research
Experience collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced distributed teams
