The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy law, representing creditors in various proceedings, and will work closely with experienced lawyers while receiving active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility.

Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact

Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification

Bankruptcy law experienceRestructuring experienceCreditor representationFranchisor experienceFinancial institution relationsCommunicationTeam collaborationSelf-starter

Required

Two to five years of experience as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk and/or experience as a practicing bankruptcy attorney

Experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructurings

Specific experience with franchisors is also desirable

Experience representing financial institutions in all phases of debtor/creditor relations

Strong academic credentials

Excellent communication skills

Commitment to providing the highest quality client service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
