Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for AR and AP processes
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives
Oversee customer billing, collections, credit management, and dispute resolution
Manage vendor relationships and payment terms
Review and approve AR and AP related journal entries
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Generate and review AR/AP reports and metrics for management
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members
Collaborate with auditors and other departments on organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong people management skills with conflict mitigation and coaching abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Commitment to integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
Strong knowledge of accounting system design and internal control environment
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English is required
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
