Responsibilities

Work with business partners to optimize processes, enhance performance, and improve scalability of the CareCentrix products

Participate and support the product design and development process, working closely with the Product team and business owners to document business requirements

Analyze existing business processes and systems to ensure design leverages existing operational efficiencies and systems as appropriate

Conduct ad hoc and ongoing analysis of product value driver initiatives to identify qualitative and quantitative measurements of impact

Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations related to production issues and identify opportunities to enhance operational inefficiencies or systems

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of systems used and functions performed within each CareCentrix product, their dependencies / interactions, to aid in the evaluation of impact from planned changes

Elicit business and reporting requirements that are accurately identified within and across CareCentrix products and that regulatory, administrative and operational documentation is readily producible

Partner with testing teams on development of test case scenarios that align with requirements, review and approve testing results, and provide sign off on successful deployment of functionality

Ensure CareCentrix products and services are built in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements and product standards

Manage multiple tasks and projects, be detail oriented, responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking

Must perform other duties as required or assigned
