Trainer, Technical Systems
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest provider of cancer care, is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Trainer. This role involves developing and delivering training programs for administrative staff to ensure proficiency in workflows and systems, supporting efficient operations and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the training team to design, implement, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for administrative staff
Deliver group training sessions and provide individualized coaching as needed to reinforce learning and address specific needs
Travel regularly to RMCC locations to provide in-person training and support
Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Partner with department leaders to identify gaps and create targeted learning solutions
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Serve as a resource for staff regarding workflows, technology systems, and administrative protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Previous training and Athena experience or one year related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience working as a trainer required
Must have excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems and MicroSoft (Office Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) required
