Responsibilities

Orchestrate the SAS operating cadence: Run weekly capacity and resource reviews, manage customer assignments and workload, and keep cross-team execution on track
Design and improve delivery processes: Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute tightly scoped projects to build scalable, high-quality services and advisory operations
Contribute to the SAS long-term strategy: Conduct analyses and draft data-driven recommendations that inform investment priorities and roadmaps
Build and maintain staffing and capacity models: Turn core business data into clear resourcing recommendations across services and advisory
Turn insights into action: Build, launch, and iterate on tooling and dashboards, using analytical intuition to surface strategic takeaways and give leadership real-time insight into key performance metrics

Required

2+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in strategy, operations, or program management at a SaaS company
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to diagnose issues and drive decisions; you've built dashboards and models and can explain what the numbers mean to diverse audiences
High ownership and bias to action; you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to ambiguity, sweat the details, and are tenacious about getting to the bottom of things
Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes end to end, from mapping current state to implementing and scaling better ways of working
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can align busy cross-functional partners and keep complex projects on track, including managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
