They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Mortgage Account Executive to drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships while supporting the company's growth through market development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities
Drive new business development and manage existing wholesale broker relationships
Serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver for brokers to guide deals through to closing
Support Dominion’s continued growth through market development and strong client relationship management
Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, with a focus on non-QM products
Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space
Maintain a minimum monthly production of $2,500,000
Cultivate, onboard, and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services
Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, provide solutions, and ensure successful loan closings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in non-QM wholesale mortgage sales and a minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry
Proven success in leading sales efforts and building wholesale broker partnerships
Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance standards, and market trends
Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
