This role is responsible for establishing new enterprise-wide capabilities and advancing HCA’s operating strategy by collaborating with various stakeholders to implement strategic capabilities and manage program delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the governance of new operating model implementations spanning cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of all implementation targets

Independently own multiple program timelines and deliverables, escalating and mitigating risks or issues, and managing work across global stakeholders and leaders

Demonstrate a deep understanding of global operations and program delivery processes, including organizing and driving complex work efforts, engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders across the enterprise, and aligning to work steps and timelines

Partner with stakeholders across distinct functions and project workstreams (e.g., IT, business) to resolve operational challenges and achieve global capability targets

Conduct thorough operational and technology readiness assessments to ensure preparation of all systems, processes, and operational teams for the global working environment

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and baselines to measure the success of enterprise transformations, including operational efficiency and service quality metrics

Facilitate business impact assessments and the development of business continuity plans (BCP) for all global capabilities in partnership with business leaders

Required

10+ years of experience in Operations or Program Management, preferably in a large global organization

Bachelor's degree required

Experience leading complex, large-scale operations and process improvement initiatives

Exceptional teaming skills and proactiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid, multicultural environment

Preferred

Previous consulting and/or advisory experience highly preferred

Experience working across geographic regions preferred

Master's degree preferred
