Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for Slalom’s Data & Intelligence services within the Microsoft account
Own revenue targets and pipeline for the Microsoft account
Engage directly with Microsoft account leadership, business/data executives and stakeholders
Lead solutioning and pre-sales efforts: collaborate with capability leads, architects, practice leads and delivery teams
Serve as the primary liaison for Microsoft account sales and strategy discussions
Work with Slalom marketing and capability leadership to develop thought leadership content
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and Microsoft account developments
Provide leadership to a small team with responsibility for coaching and GTM execution
Ensure alignment between GTM strategy and delivery excellence

Required

12+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales or GTM leadership focused on data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud business
Proven track record of generating and closing six- to eight-figure consulting or services engagements
Experience engaging large strategic accounts (preferably Microsoft or other major technology providers)
Strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft data services, Microsoft 365/Power Platform)
Excellent executive presence and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build GTM strategy, lead pursuits, and close deals
Depth in data & intelligence capabilities: data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data architectures
Strong leadership and team development skills
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Preferred

Prior consulting or services experience directly selling into Microsoft or a major technology vendor
Experience leading data/analytics GTM in the Microsoft ecosystem
Familiarity with creating and executing data-led marketing campaigns and thought leadership
Strong network within Microsoft or technology partner ecosystem
