Responsibilities

Facilitate the definition of project scope for projects that are loosely defined

Communicate and work with cross-functional development and business teams in an Agile development environment

Provide vision and direction to agile development team and stakeholders

Create and own a prioritized project backlog

Gather and document business requirements; ensure acceptance criteria is understood

Collaborate with team leadership on release planning

Collaborate with cross-functional commercialization team to ensure internal readiness

Oversee the review and prioritization aspects of production defect management

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, UX design, IT & Business Education, computer science or related area, or equivalent experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role

Experience with agile development process; certified Agile Product Owner preferred

Strong analytical, questioning and facilitation skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to build rapport, establish credibility and trust
