Citi is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as the Global Head of Trading Analytics and Insights. This Director-level role involves leading a new team responsible for data aggregation and analysis to support a large and complex global capital markets business.

Responsibilities

Lead the Trading Analytics and Insights team to support the capital markets business

Aggregate data across multiple trading systems and counterparties

Perform data cleansing, structuring, dashboarding, and visualization

Serve as the central source for inquiries related to the capital markets business

Prepare and present materials for senior management including business reviews, business efficiency analysis, data informed sales and client engagement and regulatory items

Partner with digital and specialist teams to focus on product alignment and identify investment opportunities for Citi Wealth clients including investment campaign traction

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in markets, preferably in private banking or a wealth management setting

Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes

Knowledgeable in electronic trading (EMS, TCA)

Proficiency in coding, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python

Curiosity and openness to learning new products

Willingness to travel and learn how different businesses operate in various areas

Strategic thinking, public speaking and desire to partner with senior management to focus on business prioritization and opportunities

License requirements for the role: SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7 & Series 63

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Leadership and team management skills
