Responsibilities
Preparing scheduling of subcontractors on site
Receiving and checking quality of materials
Completing QA/QC checklists
Submittals (material approvals)
RFI’s (general questions)
Preparing official documents for the project, routing and finalizing
Preparing projects reports as needed
Back up documentation
Close-outs final quantities
Proposing/ negotiation extra work
Special projects within the Project Management function as necessary
Other duties as assigned by the Project Management Department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Construction is required
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented, and good organization skills
Ability to communicate well with others, both written and orally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore and Viewpoint
Proficient in Windows based applications
Thrive in fast-paced environment
Must be capable of up to 75% travel (e.g. 3 weeks or 15 days per month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Civil Engineers, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
