The Project Manager will oversee project scope, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure project efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities
Manage the project scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards
Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors and subcontractors
Provide onsite support to technicians
Complete all required documentation for losses
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, adjustors and other third-party resources
Writing estimates using Xactimate
Qualification
Required
Proven experience running disaster restoration projects
Disaster Restoration/Water Damage Mitigation experience
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Xactimate knowledge is preferred but not required
IICRC Certification is preferred but not required
