Responsibilities

Build reports to detail container configurations, deployments, and usage in AWS

Work with team members to implement technology solutions that enhance container development

Automate the building and update of container images with industry best practices and contribute to technology improvements

Participate in technical decision making and provide expertise in implementation approaches

Implement and maintain self-service capabilities and automation solutions

Execute process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency

Provide technical guidance on containerization best practices

Required

Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native platforms and services using AWS or other cloud providers

Must have hands-on experience working with GitHub to generate reports using the GitHub API, pull requests, and automation

Must have hands-on experience with building, testing, and deploying container images

Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash or Groovy for automation

Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with AWS to deploy and monitor containerized applications running on Kubernetes, ECS, and EC2 instances

Strong working knowledge of certificates, keystores, and networking to establish communications between systems
