Responsibilities
Purchasing Operations: Process purchase orders (POs) ensuring accuracy, managing all revisions to orders, handling vendor & item setup, and working with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supplier data to identify risks and opportunities for efficiency
Collaboration: Work with various departments including finance, operations, and commercial teams to align procurement with business goals and policies
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving issues
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing ways to improve the overall procurement process, potentially updating workflows
Reporting: Generating reports on purchases, supplier data, and replenishment activities
Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related field
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and ERP systems preferred, but not required
