Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
Qualification
Required
Background in supply chain, server (CPU and GPU) hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, and software systems
Ability to independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high-priority programs with large business impact
Background in liquid-cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and managing software and hardware at scale
Ability to think about business problems from the point of view of customers
Ability to analyze and process technical information
Ability to put together programs and schedules to drive progress towards metric-driven goals across service teams
Ability to communicate up and down the leadership chain accurately
Understanding of business and technical requirements
Ability to devise strategies for programs
Ability to identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements
Ability to drive delivery and unblock execution
Ability to effectively communicate project status
Ability to problem solve and suggest changes to hardware assembly, manufacturing and validation processes
Participation in executive meetings to present progress and share project information with stakeholders
Experience managing programs with visibility up to the SVP level of OCI
Experience managing the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams
Experience planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending
Experience monitoring the project from initiation through delivery
Experience organizing interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
Experience assigning and monitoring work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
