Responsibilities
Maintain an understanding of the Shopbop/Zappos brand identity and leverage your expertise to conceptualize and execute set designs that captivate the customer
Collaborate closely with your creative partners to bring seasonal briefs to life, anticipating and incorporating the latest interior design trends
Partner with producers and creative teams to ensure all necessary props and set elements are prepared and ready for each photoshoot
Source and organize all props while staying in the allocated budget to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions
Support the prop and set infrastructure to continuously evolve the PDP imagery capabilities
Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment
Leverage Amazon's business tools and partnerships as resources to enhance efficiency and explore new creative possibilities
Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to use a personal vehicle as needed to support the role
Travel may be occasionally required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience as a Set Stylist in a high-volume commercial photography studio environment
Demonstrated ability to execute the creative process in a frugal and efficient manner, with strong communication skills
Unwavering attention to detail and a keen awareness of how every element contributes to the overall aesthetic
Relentless drive for innovation, balanced with a deep understanding of business and user interaction priorities
Proficiency in synthesizing feedback and adapting creative decisions accordingly
Thrives in a fast-paced, online-focused environment and possesses excellent written, verbal, and collaborative skills
Experience with power tools, multiple paint mediums, and woodworking techniques
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis
Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to use a personal vehicle as needed to support the role
Preferred
Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or Visual Communications, or commensurate experience
3D Design tool experience
