Responsibilities
Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
Conduct cash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage or similar product
Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
Early design review and constructability analysis
Manage/Update BIM Project Documents
3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
4D Scheduling/Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
Qualification
Required
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working
Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Construction/Architecture or equivalent combination of training and work experience
3+ years in AEC Industry
BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
Preferred
Procore/Autodesk knowledge preferred
Basic knowledge of uploading and managing web-based document storage
