Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process for multifamily and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and drawings to meet project goals and timelines
Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction administration teams to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to provide innovative design solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Proven experience in multifamily and mixed-use project design and documentation
Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software
Strong understanding of construction administration processes and building codes
Preferred
Registered Architect with AIA and NCARB certification
