Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and specifications are met
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure effective project management
Provide leadership and support to the roofing team, including training and mentoring as necessary
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the roofing industry
Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential roofing processes and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
