Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive technical vision and strategy for advanced manufacturing systems across multiple facilities
Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced simulation frameworks as a cornerstone of our manufacturing strategy, including digital twin technology and process optimization methodologies
Lead architectural design for complex factory systems, establishing industry-leading technical standards
Create governance frameworks and technical roadmaps for manufacturing system development
Drive innovation in simulation modeling, digital twin technology, and process optimization methodologies
Build and nurture high-performing engineering teams focused on continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other related discipline
Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
Demonstrated proficiency in simulation modeling and process optimization
Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
Preferred
PhD in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or PhD
Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
Global manufacturing innovation leadership experience
Expertise in emerging manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
Experience developing technical talent and engineering excellence programs
Advanced certification in manufacturing methodologies
