Assist the department with creating the company’s agency management strategies (onboarding, training and performance optimization)
Assist with monitoring agency performance metrics (production, retention, compliance)
Help with implementing tools and programs that enhance agency capabilities, including digital platforms and sales enablement resources
Assist with any special projects assigned
Qualification
Required
GPA of 3.0 and above required
Interest in enhancing classroom learning through practical career related work experience within the industry
Career Interest in Insurance
Ability to assess priorities and manage deadlines effectively
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills
Strong research and analytical skill
Preferred
Pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance (or other applicable major) preferred
A rising Senior is preferred
