Responsibilities

Manage and execute commissioning activities across multiple concurrent data center projects throughout the Americas region

Oversee all commissioning phases (Levels 1–5), ensuring systems are designed, installed, tested, and transitioned to operations per global standards

Lead coordination between Design, Construction, Operations, and vendor teams to ensure timely and high-quality system delivery

Review and approve commissioning documentation, including functional test procedures, scripts, and reports

Monitor project progress, identify risks or deficiencies, and implement mitigation actions

Provide technical oversight and mentorship to site commissioning teams and vendors

Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across regional commissioning processes

Support root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives for post-turnover sites
