Entry, Mid LevelMondrian Alpha is a high-performing, fast-growing multi-strategy hedge fund, seeking a newly created Trading Assistant as part of a broader build-out of its US business. This desk-facing role will support live trading activity, monitor risk and P&L, manage lifecycle events, and resolve intraday PM queries while closely aligning with the desks.

Qualification
Required
Experience in a middle office or trading assistant role within a hedge fund or financial services environment
Strong understanding of trading operations, risk management, and P&L monitoring
Ability to manage lifecycle events such as unwinds, expiries, and corporate actions
Excellent communication skills to resolve intraday PM queries in real time
Proficiency in using technology and AI tools relevant to trading and risk management
Preferred
Experience working closely with portfolio managers (PMs) and traders
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Track record of promoting top performers into trading roles
