Responsibilities
Drive the development and implementation of the Business Unit (BU) Demand Framework: Oversee the end-to-end process for capturing, forecasting, and prioritizing demand within the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and resource allocation strategies
Participate actively and effectively in the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and business strategy
Provide detailed analysis and reports to support decision-making, highlighting variances, trends, and forecast accuracy metrics
Make informed decisions and recommendations based upon strong business acumen and insights including company's products, customers, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to harmonize demand planning practices
Act as a key contact point for demand planning within the organization, effectively communicating across teams and levels
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting roles
Demonstrated experience working with multiple business units in a matrix or complex organizational structure
Proven track record of operating effectively in an S&OP-driven environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable plans
Advanced MS Excel skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite and Power BI
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or other advanced planning tools is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
Preferred
MBA or Master's preferred
Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
