Responsibilities
Support the planning, formulation, and execution of program budgets across CFR IO
Analyzing, preparing, and presenting monthly and yearly financial data, analyzing resources and expenses, and assisting in verifying and maintaining financial data integrity
Overseeing and conducting financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting and develops metrics to drive process improvements and provide decision support to staff leadership
Providing Subject Matter expertise in financial planning and budget execution
Providing business and financial expertise to programmatic offices. Responsible for drafting, analyzing, and documenting current business processes
Working with process owners, program leaders’ participants, and end users to develop and implement improved financial models
Providing financial spending plan administration for OOR Programs Division
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
4-8 years in government financial planning and budget formulation, or execution
Management of multiple spend plans and budgets concurrently
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platforms (i.e., Power Apps, Power BI and Excel)
Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 Security Clearance
Preferred
Experience with complex federal portfolios
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Effective team player
Motivated self-starter
