Pink Sky Agency is representing HydroPeptide, a global innovator in high-performance skincare. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to lead growth across a multi-state territory, focusing on building long-term partnerships and surpassing sales goals in the aesthetics industry.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Represent the brand with poise, professionalism, and confidence
Strengthen existing accounts through strategic planning and hands-on partnership
Identify and convert new business opportunities that fuel regional growth
Maintain detailed, accurate account notes in Salesforce
Stay up-to-date on product education and industry trends
Train accounts on product knowledge and treatment protocols
Develop and execute in-account events that drive sales and brand loyalty
Travel up to 80% within your region to support accounts, events, and tradeshows
Participate in meetings, conferences, and ongoing training opportunities
Take on additional responsibilities as the role grows and evolves

Qualification

Required

3+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally with a track record of exceeding goals
Experience in medical aesthetics or medical practice settings
The ability to manage a multi-state territory with strategy and discipline
A passion for hitting targets, and surpassing them
Skincare knowledge is a must
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to excel in a fast-moving market
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, participate in booth setup, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfort with frequent travel and occasional evenings/weekends

Preferred

An active esthetician license
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Acumatica, or Power BI
Experience curating and managing professional social media content
