Mississippi Department of Employment Security is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day-to-day support for Workday operations, including configuration and analysis, while supporting all human capital management functions across the health system.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree required; will accept equivalent work experience in lieu of education

Workday Pro HCM Core Certification - to be completed within one (1) year

Superior communication/speaking/enunciation skills to receive and give information in person and by telephone

Strong written and verbal communication skills
