Experienced Associate - Deals - Delivering Deal Value [US Client]
PwC is a global leader in professional services, and they are seeking an Experienced Associate to join their Delivering Deal Value team. This role involves providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, conducting valuations, and assisting clients in maximizing the value of their investments through effective deal integration and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Support transaction-focused projects as a key member of the team
Work on assignments that span the lifecycle of an M&A deal, including analyses for carve-out, post-merger integration, and value creation projects
Assist in operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and execution of integration / separation initiatives
Contribute to client deliverables and reports, gaining exposure to both sell-side and buy-side transactions
Qualification
Required
Above average bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
1 to 4 years of work experience (preferably in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out)
High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses
Team player with the ability to engage in international teams
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau (desirable)
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
