They are seeking a Customer Success Associate to play a key role in onboarding new vendors and supporting their growth as they adopt Choco's AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing account support to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for vendor partners, helping ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction
Collaborate with CSMs on partnership execution while taking initiative and ownership where appropriate to further improve our vendors’ experience
Support CSMs across the whole partnership lifecycle: from pre-implementation data handling to post-implementation day to day troubleshooting and requests
Assist in preparing training materials to guide partners through a seamless onboarding process
Train our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels and set up our partnerships for success
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service delivery
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues proactively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
