Performing diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment
Providing quality care to patients of all age groups; from newborn to elderly, according to department standards
Completing established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
Other related duties as assigned

Qualification

CT TechRadiologic TechnologyARRT CertificationNuclear Medicine CertificationCPR-Basic Life SupportPatient CareTeam Collaboration

Required

Formal two year Radiologic Technology training in AMA approved school which meets requirements for registry by the ARRT
2 years with specific experience in CT scan (computerized tomography) components
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography; or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography; or ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification AND documented training on computed tomography
State License-if required
CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
CT Registry within 6 months

Preferred

BS in Radiology or equivalent
CT REGISTRY
