Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of business and corporate law matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance
Draft and negotiate business agreements, corporate documents, and other related contracts
Provide strategic legal counsel to business owners, executives, and stakeholders
Represent clients in business-related transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions for business clients
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the North Dakota State Bar, or eligibility for admission
Experience or strong interest in business and corporate law
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
