Work across our modern web stack (TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP, cloud infrastructure)
Pair program daily, ship continuously, and write tests first
Mentor other engineers through code, feedback, and example
Help evolve a legacy codebase with care and craft

Required
Have strong XP experience (TDD, pairing, refactoring)
Have improved legacy systems incrementally
Can mentor others through collaboration
