Responsibilities
Ensure student safety during activities and routines, addressing any concerns promptly. Act as the first point of contact for student issues
Uphold Oxford Royale’s values and professionalism, building positive relationships with students and staff
Engage with students daily, help plan and execute activities and excursions, and support academic programs, debates, and public speaking
Work closely with other Counsellors, Junior Deans, and leadership, setting high standards of safety and behaviour
Follow health and safety guidelines, maintain student registers, and report incidents
Qualification
Required
Experience working with young people
Good situational awareness
A-Levels or equivalent, and at least one year of higher education
Fluent in English
Strong initiative
Organisational skills
Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
Preferred
Experience working with relevant age groups, leading teams, and managing under pressure
