Responsibilities
Work as part of the team to implement and support the Mambu platform with digital lenders, startups, microfinance organisations and new business units of traditional banks
Work closely with customers to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives. Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs
Support the customer team with the setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of Mambu applications. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data
Provide comprehensive training to customers on the functionalities and best practices of Mambu applications. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, solution engineering, and customer success, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer success
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of consumer and/or business lending and deposit products and operations, acquired through experience in the banking or FinTech industry
Consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions
Fluent English and Spanish is required
Preferred
Knowledge of payment processing would be a plus
