Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external project teams to strategize solution enhancements and drive solution implementation strategies
Manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes
Accountable for external client relationship
Act as an escalation point for client and project risks
Design content for solution training collateral
Assist internal and external teams with complex solution configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns
Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects
Work hours will be CST/EST time zones to support current client requirements

Required

Must be a US Citizen to support our Federal clients
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must be able to pass Public Trust security clearance

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with Electronic Health Records
Experience working with Federal clients

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
