Responsibilities

Document operational enhancements, issues, and problems, and communicate solutions to National Operations leadership

Deliver day-to-day operations support and process administration across multiple business units

Coordinate with business units to capture best practices and convert them into national policies, procedures, and programs

Maintain, update, and manage organizational web applications supporting all documentation

Provide accurate reporting of key performance indicators to ensure excellent service levels for clients

Collect employee feedback via surveys, quarterly meetings, and engagement platforms

Support field operations administrative tasks to ensure data integrity and completeness

Assist with new-hire onboarding coordination

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of multi-level management experience

1+ year of project management experience

Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, create, document, and execute policies and procedures

Effective problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with NetSuite and web-based organizational tools

Ability to document and manage workflows and enhancements

Detail-oriented

Able to plan work effectively

Manage multiple priorities
