Responsibilities
Assist HR Leads/Managers with recruiting, including pre-screens and ATS tracking
Post and manage job listings on internal and external platforms
Submit and track background checks, MVRs, drug screens, and pre-employment paperwork
Maintain new hire files and electronic I-9s via E-Verify
Help organize and update HRIS records
Conduct reference checks and administer referral program
Support special HR projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior majoring in Human Resources or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly organized with effective time management
Detail-oriented with strong quality control
Adaptable and dependable in dynamic environments
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
