Responsibilities
Prepare and support solution proposal presentations related to services, architecture, and technology
Support contract negotiations, particularly regarding technical aspects and cost impact within your area of expertise
Analyze customer business needs and map them to Atos’ portfolio
Design end-to-end solutions in close cooperation with technical contacts, leveraging standard service catalogues
Collect customer-specific data to validate solution accuracy, costing, and assumptions
Lead integral solutions and take ownership of issue resolution
Apply methodologies to develop and manage requirements
Create, maintain, and use solution cost models with GSA specifics, based on global and regional standards
Design and validate business cases, including associated costing and migration
Coordinate input from candidate deliveries and third parties, managing deal-specific vendors
Obtain required solution design approvals and business buy-in
Support the Solution Manager in all solution-related activities, including risk analysis, customer engagement, and handover to delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering cost-effective and innovative end-to-end solution designs aligned with customer business requirements
Specialized knowledge in technical, procedural, or operational aspects of one or more services
Ability to integrate multiple services into a cohesive solution and support complex international deals
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong professional networks
Creativity and innovation in solution development, with deep expertise in Atos' portfolio and technical domains
