Senior LevelLogical Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EMS Engineer – Senior Leader to oversee high-level production and ensure quality control and assurance. This role involves standards development, training personnel, and leading engineering staff to meet installation and commissioning standards.

Responsibilities
All EMS Engineer – Level I, II, and III Responsibilities
Provide necessary communication to Engineering Manager or EMS Operations Manager upon request
Teach and enforce LSI Engineering Standards (ALC and Distech) throughout all assigned tasks for self and team members
Be a consummate leader. Lead by example, and motivate team members to improve at all times
Monitor performance of each individual project by establishing benchmarks. Review & record as required
Understand all project assignments and delegate responsibilities appropriately
Seeks input from team members/other teams on critical decisions. Utilizes all resources when needed
Build a routine to have daily/weekly availability for QA/QC or outgoing product check. Split responsibility with EMS Engineering Manager
Set aside scheduled times to train team members appropriately on necessary topics. Determination of topics will be self-derived as seen necessary. Build schedules with the Engineering Manager and EMS Ops Manager
Create processes to track overall team development progress. Provide communication to Engineering and EMS Ops managers
All EMS Engineer – Level I, II, and III Technical Abilities
Create a productive work environment, both remotely and locally when applicable
Create schedules and milestones for assigned projects and tasks. Communicate issues, milestones, breakthroughs, etc
Have the ability to lead productive group discussions, team meetings, project meetings, etc
Be aware of product related changes (Automated Logic Corp, Distech, and other equipment) which are used in or needs to be implemented into LSI standards. Teach and make others aware of upcoming new designs, additions or strategies
Work well with field operations employees, project management and technician levels
