Ring is looking for a Sr. Product Delivery Manager to help our multi-site device hardware/software development teams deliver highly cross-functional products and accessories. The role involves managing all system software aspects and cross-functional dependencies of product development and launch, while collaborating with various teams to meet complex business needs.

Responsibilities

Own end to end Accessory product development from concept to launch
Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and other internal teams to solve business needs
Work with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software & hardware components
Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
Be expected to dive deep into the technical details of the program
Dive deep in dissecting and resolving customer reported, technical issues
Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment

Required

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
