Responsibilities

Develop and own the global learning strategy across different audience levels and stakeholder types, inclusive of content & curriculum
Build comprehensive learning paths incorporating online, offline, and certification programs
Drive personalized learning experiences to engage multiple decision-makers across target accounts
Segment and prioritize educational needs based on partner businesses, enterprise needs, market demands, and strategic alignment
Lead the design and development of creative, learner-centered training materials across multiple modalities
Collaborate cross-functionally to build consistent and effective AI-driven learning experiences
Oversee creation of learning content, assessment methods, and certification programs
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) implementation
Track and measure learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI
Use data to continuously improve learning programs and content
Serve as a voice of partners/learners internally to inform product education strategy

Required

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams

MBA
