Responsibilities
Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth
Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights
Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features
Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success
Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize
Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise
Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information
Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desire for continuous improvement
Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission
Preferred
Previous experience in building customer facing products
Payments knowledge is definitely a value add for this role
Someone who has a proven track record of building & launching payment product solutions
Someone who understands the workings of cards & banks including ACH & networks
