Responsibilities
Oversee SEC reporting, including preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Utilize Workiva or Active Disclosure software for reporting processes
Provide technical accounting expertise, including drafting memos and disclosures
Manage one-off transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Review close areas and provide indirect oversight (no direct reports)
Qualification
Required
Public company SEC reporting experience (required)
Hands-on experience with Workiva or Active Disclosure software (must-have)
Strong knowledge of technical accounting and ability to draft memos/disclosures
Minimum 8 years of experience (some flexibility)
Experience with 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Industry flexibility: candidates from outside pharma are welcome (blended experience OK)
