New Grad, Entry LevelTitan Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to collaborate with Program Managers and Project Engineers in designing and leading technical projects. The role involves understanding customer needs, developing system requirements, and serving as a technical liaison.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Program Managers and Project Engineers to design, plan, and lead all technical aspects of projects
Learn about the business, technology, and how existing technologies can solve customer needs while identifying technology gaps
Aid in the development of internal and external system requirements and design solutions for customer needs
Act as the technical interface between Titan and the customers
Communicate with customers to understand constraints, design solutions, and assist with drafting proposals
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems
Must have a background in robotics and automation
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a startup environment
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Software Engineering
Preferred
MS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Software Engineering
Experience working with government contracts
Experience with Fixed Price Contracts
