Greenway Ford- Collision Detailer & Shop Cleaner
Greenway Automotive is seeking a dedicated Detailer & Shop Cleaner to join their fast-paced, high-volume collision team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle is returned in pristine condition and that the shop remains safe, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough detailing of vehicles following collision repairs, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning
Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and cleanliness meet Greenway’s standards of Extreme Satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop areas, bays, and common spaces to support a safe and efficient work environment
Dispose of debris and shop waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
Assist collision technicians and staff with moving vehicles as needed
Monitor and maintain supplies for detailing and cleaning, notifying leadership when inventory is low
Support the team with additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in detailing or cleaning preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
