Is on top of the latest social media trends (TikTok, IG, etc)
Is full of ideas and not afraid to pitch them
Can film, edit, and post fun, creative, and engaging Reels/TikToks
Wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
Has a good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what gets people to stop scrolling
