Responsibilities
Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure services and systems
Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions to novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices
Work with engineers and leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
Provide stellar customer support to our internal engineers
Qualification
Required
You have at least 5+ years of experience in software engineering
You've designed, built, scaled, and operated large scale, high throughput infrastructure
You write high-quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of your customers
Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify problems, determine their root cause, and see them through to solution
Preferred
Golang, Ruby, AWS
Prior experience with building on and operating GitHub/GitHub Actions
