Responsibilities
Develops and executes brand growth strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels to meet key performance objectives (KPIs)
Monitors and analyzes brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making
Collaborates with creative, content, and digital agency team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Leads testing and optimization strategies (A/B testing, audience segmentation, channel mix) to improve campaign effectiveness
Identifies growth opportunities within new and existing markets and recommend tactical plans to capture them
Manages budget planning, forecasting, and allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI
Provides regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Oversees brand health tracking, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends
Builds and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
High level of positivity and energy to work in a quick-moving and fast changing team-focused environment
A passion for brand storytelling and driving impactful results
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance optimization
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multi-channel campaigns
Proven track record of delivering measurable brand growth and improving key performance indicators
Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Marketo, paid & social advertising, email marketing) and campaign management tools
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably within B2B or high-growth environments
Preferred
Industry experience in Investor Relations or Public Relations
